Thinning of the protective fat under the heel or ball of the foot, which can lead to pain or increased pressure.

Fissures

Cracks in thickened or dry skin, particularly on the heels, which can be painful and prone to infection.

Pre-made shoe inserts typically found in pharmacies. These offer general cushioning but limited support compared to custom orthotics.

Orthotic

Verruca Pedis
